All services purchased from Profuturehosts are considered final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed and activated. Due to the nature of digital hosting services, server resources are immediately allocated after service activation.
Because these resources are provisioned instantly and configured for your account, cancellation of an active service is not permitted.

When a hosting service is activated, server space, bandwidth, databases, email services, and system resources are allocated to the customer account. Because these resources are assigned immediately, cancellation of the service is not possible after activation.

Termination of services due to policy violations will not qualify for any cancellation or refund.
