No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Profuturehosts are strictly non-refundable. Once a hosting service, domain, or digital product has been purchased and activated, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to both new purchases and renewal payments.

Because our services involve immediate allocation of server resources, system configuration, and licensing activation, we cannot reverse these processes once they have been completed. Customers are therefore encouraged to review their purchase carefully before placing an order.

Domain Registration and Renewal

Domain names are registered through third-party domain registrars and are processed instantly. Due to the nature of domain registration systems, domain purchases and renewals are non-refundable once the registration has been completed.

Customers are responsible for verifying the spelling and availability of a domain name before completing the purchase. Profuturehosts cannot cancel or refund domain registrations once they are submitted to the registry.

Service Activation

Once a hosting order has been processed, server resources such as storage space, bandwidth, database access, and server configurations are immediately allocated to your account.

Since these resources are provisioned instantly and cannot be reversed, refund requests after service activation will not be accepted.

Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel their hosting services at any time through the client area. However, cancellation of a service does not entitle the customer to a refund for any previously paid fees.

When a service is cancelled, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that period ends, the service will be terminated and the associated hosting resources released.

Account Suspension or Termination

Profuturehosts reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

If fraudulent payment, identity misuse, or unauthorized transactions are detected, the related account may be suspended immediately without notice and without any refund.
